A complete php script to install on your server, that manages subscription
payments and memberships for limited access sites. You have to have
a website that needs it, and then you can integrate the manager
into the existing site using a simple link, and by putting the URL
to the membership area into the code. Full instructions included
with it, so if you can do a step-by-step instruction, you can install
this - in fact, this version has been edited, improved, and the
instructions have been expanded and made simpler by us, so it is

Article Site Builder Software
With Resale Rights - Ok, this one was a hard
one to review, because while it DOES do what it says, it doesn't
always do it as well as I'd like. This software is designed to search
two article directories online (good ones), and to pull the most
recent articles to assemble into a website. You can use your own
template, and put a piece of code where you want the indexes and
the articles to show up, so it is very flexible that way (Google
code can go in the template). It is
not 100% reliable, I had to run the command more than once
sometimes, but that may be a problem with the script, or a problem
with the directories, or with my server, I am not sure which. It
DOES fetch articles though, and can save you major time in getting
categorized material for building your websites, and in inserting
it into the pages. It was good enough for me to specifically purchase
the resale rights, and to feel that it had merit enough to recommend
for a way to speed up website production. If you want to produce
AdSense sites in a hurry, this can really help you. More Details

Article PageMill - Takes an article and creates a web page out of it. Very basic features but it does turn out a better web page than a newbie might be able to produce otherwise, and is superior to using a template driven "site builder". Redistribution Rights included, but you do have to register it. Buy for $5 (Free in membership area)
Site Maker - Just a simple HTML page generator, similar to Article Pagemill. I have not tested this one completely, but it seems very similar to other quickie page generators. Very simple, not too many confusing options, helpful to beginners. Buy for $5 (Free in membership area)
Freebies - Freebies come in three categories - items you can sell, items you can only giveaway, and items that you cannot sell or giveaway, but which offer something useful. Make sure you know what the terms are before you use them. Unfortunately most giveaways are either pretty lame, or just ebooks. But here are some treasures we have found, most are items you can find many places online, but we really enjoy these programs, enough to want to make them freely available to you. There are more freebies in the Tools and eBooks sections of this site. Many of the eBooks have links to downloads that can be resold.

NVU - Open Source HTML Editor. This one lets you create pages without knowing code, and it does a decent job for a freebie. Simply the best available free web editor out there. Download
WebGallery - Helps you make a photo gallery with thumbs that link to the originals. Download
DistortIt - Purely for fun. Lets you distort photos in a way that is hilarious. Download
