If we sell it, we'll back it up. Four weeks ago I had a customer cancel an order that was very large. I had already sent the payment to the drop ship company. The amount was more than I keep in my buffer account. The customer requested a refund. I gave it. The money to do so came out of our personal accounts. It made things very hard for a few weeks, because the drop ship company was slow in getting the money back to us.
